"LEGO Legacy: Heroes Unboxed" is a F2P mobile team RPG launched in 2019. However, it wasn't always in that genre - this project went through about five different game types before it found it's home as a team RPG! I was the Principal UI artist for three of those transitions, so this project went through a LOT of UI and overall art direction explorations, shifts, and overhauls. The final product's UI art style was designed to balance the colourful and fun charm of LEGO with the darker aesthetic liked by the audience the game was targeted to.
